log4j appenders using jzos

Hello there,
What ever happened to the source code and classes I downloaded some time ago from the Dovertailed website? The url quoted in the IBM techdoc TD102335 ( http://dovetail.com/downloads/jzos/index.html ) gives a 404, and google searches for the package zoslog4j-1.0.1 don't give any results. Has the package been pulled?
