On page iii, Revision history:

"If the same options are specified in both the site and user config files, the user's version has
precedence."

What is meant by this is:

If the same option name is specified in both the site and user config files, then the option value in the user config file has
precedence.

We'll look at updating the documentation to make this clearer.
