Since support is not included with the free Community License, I don't know how to answer that question.
Enterprise License and Support customers can refer to their agreement for version/support limits, or open a ticket if you have specific questions.
We are aware of no issues with running 2.3.2 under z/OS 2.1, although you should refer to the release notes for details on all of the fixes and enhancements that have been made since 2.3.2.
