coz-doc.pdf not updated to 3.0.0?

On the Co:Z Launcher and Dataset Pipes v3.0.0 page:

If you download the PDF document from the PDF link, the saved file (coz-doc.pdf, 2014/06/27, 399,562 bytes),
the cover page identifies it as the "V 2.4.5 Edition", "Published May, 2014".
Is this actually the correct manual for V3.0.0, or did something not get updated that should have been?
