ASCII file and blank spaces being truncated

I have a user issuing a get to a mainframe file and he is transferring it in ASCII. The file is transferred by the blank spaces are truncated. What parm in CoZ can he set to so the blank spaces are not truncated?

Use the "notrim" option.
