"error reading configuration file"

Hi all,
We keep gettin this error messages like these:

ZosSettingsÝW¨: error reading configuration file (//.ssh/cozsftp_config) - EDC5047I An invalid file name was specified as a function

I noticed many other posts contain them in their logs too. Our SFTP jobs do not all have user directories, much less user config files, which seems normal for a large site. Why is CoZ looking for a user config, and how can I make it stop, or at least stop complaining when it doesn't find one?

You don't mention which release you are running, but there were some bugs that were fixed in earlier releases that had to do with the use of a home directory of "/".
