Batch Jobs JCL ;
is there any list for error codes,exit code?

for example if wouldn't find folder,file can we get specified error codes?

If you see, or find in a log, something referencing errno2, (ex: :errno2=0x01234567" ), then IBM provides a handy command line tool to enumerate the text of those for you.

Available in TSO:
tso bpxmtext 01234567

and omvs:
man bpxmtext
