UTF-8-BOM Encoded File

We had issues trying to SFTP a file to the host that was encoded with UTF-8-BOM. Just using the clientcp=uft8 dd not work. We had to convert the input file to UTF-8 first then it would work. We would like to be able to not have to do the convert first.

Anyone else run into this issue? ON Zos we did issue the conv -l command and there was only one listing for UTF-8.
