Sftp jobs

mainframe to->windows server



some sftp jobs get this error sometimes (bigger dataset, after an hour)

Received disconnect from x.x.x.: 5: MAC check failed

can you comment this? is there any timeout setting coz?
In my opinion ,this problem is remote host(Windows) ,how can we to sure that?

The problem is either:

1) a network packet corruption problem
2) a problem on z/OS OpenSSH
3) a problem in the Windows SSH software

For (2), APAR OA51665 could be the problem, but only if you are using the specific IBM OpenSSH version and specific Cipher algorithms.
Use the APAR instructions to see if this problem applies to you.
