Does cozsftp "pay attention" to all of the SAF rules I have defined?

Does cozsftp "pay attention" to all of the SAF rules I have defined?

For example, if I have rules governing who can see what in JESSPOOL, does cozsftp honor those rules? Or can a simple user see (or download) anything they want to? Are some rules in RACF (SAF) paid attention to and others not implemented?

The Co:Z SFTP client and server run under the logged in z/OS user. The SAF rules for that user apply.
