Is there a way to execute a z/OS program from one LPAR on another z/OS LPAR. Any sample JCL would be appreciated.

You can use the Co:Z Launcher, treating the target z/OS system just like a remote Unix system.
The target z/OS program would have to be either a Unix binary or shell script (or Rexx USS script). But from there you could run just about anything.
