In http://www.jzos.com/docs/tomcat.html step 6, file <JZOS_HOME>/tomcat/jzos.war is mentioned. I can't find this file, the contents of my <JZOS_HOME> are:

Dir .
Dir ..
File jzos.jar
File libjzos13.so
File libjzos14.so
File libjzos50.so
File SafTest
Dir sample

Sorry, you found a bug in the instructions having to do with how JZOS was packaged before it moved to alphaworks.

jzos.war is a sample webapp..... you don't need it to run Tomcat.

The sample webapp is now part of the TomcatSample download, if you would still like it.
