using keys instead of -pw

I'm trying to setup the keys, and I used puttygen and created the keys, but the key file on z/OS doesn't look like the one created by puttygen, and therefore, doesn't work. z/OS states the key should be one long line, but the key generated by puttygen, looks nothing like that. I have z/OS 1.6, with Windows/XP. Our z/OS ssh works fine and we have traded keys with other unix environments in the shop for sftp and they all work. It appears that the key format from puttygen is not compatable.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Steve

Fixed it myself

After staring at the puttygen screen long enough, I noticed the "public key for pasting into OpenSSH authorized_keys file. I copied and pasted that into a file and put it in my authorized_keys file, and solved this issue.

Great product so far.
