Tomcat just shuts down and wont run anymore jvc exit rc=1

Post by Brad Taylor »

I run jzos 1.2.4 and using tomcat 5.5.17 and axis 1.4. I bring it up as a started task and it runs. Last night it ended for some reason, I don't have the sysout it gets purged. When I try to restart it runs for awhile, and then terminates. I am running verbose and log(t) so there is a lot of output. I can not see anything obvious. I can set various options and show any diagnostics, just not sure where or how to begin.
These mesages are near the end of the log
.Exception being handled is :java/lang/reflect/InvocationTargetException.
JZOSVM - JVM completed with exit(1).

Any help appreciated.

This is not much to go on, but are you sure that the HFS/zFS filesystems containing the Tomcat jars are mounted properly?
