This release is a z/OS only maintenance update.
Changes include in release 1.0.6
*Added the server environment variable COZ_FORCE_ICONV to force the use of iconv for translation, even if Unicode System Services is available.
* Increased performance of single byte character set translations.
Also includes changes from 1.0.5:
* Changed the -b option on fromdsn/todsn to disable all translation,
even if a source or target codepage was specified
* Merged the packaging of "Dataset Pipes" into Co:Z
