downloaded coz toolkit bin for zos

I download the coz toolkit self extracting bin file for Z/os but it didn't self extract..how do I get it to extract so I can upload the one bin file I need

The z/OS portion of the toolkit self-extracts on z/OS. If you have it on your workstation, transfer to z/OS in binary, chmod +x and execute.
