Just installed 1.7.0 in place of 1.3.0. My previous version had been installed in /usr/lpp/coz and that is what still shows as the default on page 9 of the 1.7.0 Installation and Release Notes. However when I run the executable, the default path it tries to use is /usr/local/coz.
