Does anyone know what the following means:
IOEZ00422E Aggregate SYS1.SYS11L.COZ disabled for writing.
Files were going through fine until this happened. Seems like a hang condition.

I'm not sure what you are using this file system for, but this message would indicate that it is damaged or that zFS abended.

The program we execute in batch calls this file system and only this file system was inaccessible. The coz directory gave an I/O error. All else was fine in zFS.

Also is version 1.7.5 of COZ compatible with z/OS 1.13 or not?

Yes, Co:Z version 1.7.5 will run on z/OS 1.13.
