Version question about SFTP in Co:Z Toolkit

Is there a v3.0 version of Co:Z Toolkit available for download? What is the current available version for download and what will be the next verison and when will it be available for download?

I ask because the download page brings up v2.4.5, but when I download the SFTP Users Guide it indicates v3.0.0 so I'm wondering if there is a dowload page for v3.0.0

Sorry, there was a mistake in the version label in the User's Guide. It should be 2.4.5, and this has been corrected.
